Privacy and cookies

This website is operated by Vista PS S.L. (Vista Productions), Barcelona, Spain. This page explains what we measure when you visit, and what we do not do.

1. What we measure

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, an audience measurement service that runs without cookies. It does not set cookies, does not use localStorage or any other storage on your device, and does not fingerprint visitors. For each page view it records:

• the page viewed;
• the site you arrived from, if any (or none, if you typed the address or came from a bookmark);
• your country, as derived from the request — not your city or address;
• device type, browser and screen size;
• page load timing.

These records are aggregated by day. They are not linked to you as a person and we cannot identify individual visitors from them.

2. Hosting and security

The site is served through Cloudflare's network. As with any web server, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the site: IP address, requested URL, browser identification and timestamp. That data is used for delivery, security and abuse prevention, and it is not used to build profiles of visitors.

3. What we do not do

• No advertising cookies and no advertising on this site.
• No cross-site or cross-app tracking, and no profiles of your browsing.
• No selling or renting of data, and no sharing beyond our service providers acting on our instructions.
• No tracking pixels, session recordings or heatmaps.

4. Legal basis

Where the technical data above involves personal data (the IP address in transit), we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The audience measurement stores and reads nothing on your device, so it does not require your consent under Article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI).

5. How long it is kept

Cloudflare keeps the aggregated measurements for six months. We keep no separate copy beyond that.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for restriction or portability, by writing to info@vista-productions.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

7. Changes

If we ever add a tool that stores something on your device, this page will say so first and ask for your permission before it runs.
